At Wynola Ranch, we want you to love your Western-inspired pieces, but we understand if a fit isn't quite right. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ranch-original tags and labels remain attached and intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
